Basically girls have two ladders
1) Relationship potential
2) Friend ladder
if you've been placed in the Friends ladder, you're pretty much stuck there. If you try to make the leap from Friend's ladder to the relationship ladder and FAIL, then you will fall into the abyss of NONCONTACT.
Guys have one ladder
1) Girls they would copulate with.
Depending on the girl, she's placed at a certain position on the ladder.
